AIDA Real Estate Middle Ridge Corporate Details
AIDA Real Estate Middle Ridge was firstly established by Piet Potgieter, the Managing director of the AIDA Real Estate Franchise group. The Middle Ridge office was to be the first of many AIDA offices to start up in South East Queensland. The office was also the fist Real Estate office to open in the South Easter corner of Toowoomba. Piet as licensee of the Middle Ridge office served on the board of directors with his wife, Connie, his son, Jako (Development Director of AIDA Real Estate (QLD)) and Jako's wife Sarah.
Being the first office it served as a corporate, Residential, Commercial and business sales office. Middle Ridge was fit out with the latest equipment and technology to accompany its staff for the day to day tasks. The office served as a training and evaluation office, where all the systems were developed and tested before franchising. Today AIDA Real Estate Middle Ridge is a full residential and rural sales office with a separate department for business broking while the AIDA Commercial office is being set up, there are also plans for AIDA Middle Ridge office being the first AIDA property management office in the AIDA Real Estate Group.
