AIDA History
AIDAReal Estate was established in 2006 by the Managing Director, PietPotgieter, after years of experience in the property field both inAustralia and South Africa. Piet decided to start a new franchise afterbeing part of the Ray White group for 3 years in the commercial sector.Piet and his fellow director Jako Potgieter investigated numerousavenues in transforming a quiet Real Estate industry into a passionateworkable business. This will allow them to provide their staff, clientsand fellow franchisees with the necessary tools, training and supportin regard to operating a professional business.
Thetwo AIDA Real Estate directors acquired the AIDA Brand as a trademarkand completed the necessary legal provisions for establishing a RealEstate office.
Piet& Jako established the first office in Middle Ridge Toowoomba as atesting office. Over the next year Piet acted as the Principal of theMiddle Ridge office, managing staff and establishing the branding inthe South East Queensland. Jako on the other hand implemented; testedand execute; processes, strategies and methods in order to maintain afully systemised office within the Middle Ridge & Toowoomba areafor residential sales. These processes were combined into a manualwhich is now provided to all Principals & staff members uponjoining the AIDA Team.
AIDAis currently investigating property management opportunities and willalso update their system to accommodate the Principals, staff andclients with the best quality service. At the same time the AIDA groupis also setting up a separate commercial sector to help the Principalsand staff of a commercial office to the best of their abilities.
